Our Services

‍‍We provide compassionate non-medical personal care and assistance to help individuals remain safe and independent. Services may include bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation or assistance with appointments.

Home Health Care Services

We provide individualized support to help adults with developmental disabilities live successfully in their own homes. Services include: assistance with daily living activities, household management, meal preparation, community integration, accessing resources, personal safety, and developing skills that promote greater independence.

Supportive Living Services (SLS)

We help individuals develop and strengthen the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Training and support may include meal planning and preparation, household skills, budgeting, shopping, using transportation, accessing community resources, personal care routines, and developing healthy and safe daily living habits.

How do I know which service is right for my situation?

We begin by learning about each individual's needs, goals, preferences, and level of independence. We then help determine whether Home Care, Independent Living Services (ILS), or Supported Living Services (SLS) may best meet those needs.

Can services be adjusted as an individual's needs change?

Yes. Services can be adjusted as needs, goals, and circumstances change. We work with individuals, families, and members of the support team to provide person-centered services that promote independence, safety, and community participation.

How are services authorized and paid for?

Payment and authorization depend on the type of service and the individual's eligibility. Services may be privately paid or funded through an authorized program or agency. For Regional Center services, authorized services are provided according to the individual's approved service plan and applicable requirements.
